Oh sigh

I feel like we don't really spend money unless he's deployed. He's getting paid so much more than usual, and yet, still, we're not saving anything. I know it's partly because I am the worst at saving money. I just impulse shop, I can't help myself. I need to learn control. And then, there's the packages, I spend a ludricous amount of money on things to put in packages for him. The animals, especially recently, they are expensive. Then theres bills, credit cards, ugh its just so frustrating and now that Christmas is coming up...I dont' know. I'm really going to have to pinch pennies where presents are concerned. I know that the parents say they don't want gifts, but I really want to give them something they will enjoy. It's just frustrating that we just don't have the money. It's also frustrating to know that it's my fault that our finances are like this.
