Chilllax

I just need to take a deep breath and chill for a second. I need to calm down and refocus my attentions. If I put more positive energy into the things in my life that are bringing me down, then I will probably have a brighter outlook on them. Instead of seeing them as "obsticals" I should see them as "goals" or things to strive for and conquer instead of things that are holding me back.

  1. That is true... Focusing more on the positives or things to be grateful for will help you look at the negative in a different light. I'm thinking of you this week. It can't be easy dealing with all the things you're thinking or going through right now.
